🗾 関西から東京へと拠点を移し、新たな音楽を追求してきた3人組ミラーボール・ポップバンド、Daisy Jaine(デイジー・ジェイン)。
彼らが、2025年12月17日(水)に1stアルバムにしてラストアルバムとなる『Mirage』をリリースします✨️
FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’23のROOKIE A GO-GOや、台湾の大型フェス『浮現祭 Emerge Fest 2024』への出演など、国内外で活躍してきた彼らが、完璧主義というしがらみを乗り越え、不完全な自分を認める過程を音に刻んだ最後の作品です。
既発曲はすべてリアレンジ、リミックス、リマスターを施し、全10曲で構成されています。
Suchmos、ドレスコーズ、THE YELLOW MONKEYなどを手掛けてきたエンジニア藤井亮佑がミキシングとマスタリングを担当しました。
ちなみにDaisy JaineのボーカリストであるRio Miyamotoは私たち、BELONG Media / A-indieでも一時期、翻訳スタッフとして歌詞の和訳を中心に活躍してくれました✨️
残念ながら本作をもって、Daisy Jaineはバンド活動を終了することを発表していますが、メンバー3人とも音楽活動を続けていくので、今後の活躍を楽しみにしてください！(yabori)

Daisy Jaineとは
2017年に兵庫県で結成されたサイケデリック・ロックバンド。Rio(Vo., Gt.)、Masara(Ba.)、Juon(Dr.)の3人編成によるミラーボール・ポップバンド。
18歳から23歳までアメリカのボストンで過ごしたRioは現地の音楽やアートそしてカルチャーに触れ、日本人離れした壮大なサウンドと詩情溢れる英詞へと昇華した。
60年代のサイケデリック・ミュージックを彷彿させるエヴァーグリーンなメロディーとトライバルなリズムを共存させ、時代とジャンルを超えて未来に引き継がれる音楽を追求している。
2017年10月に1st EP『Under the Sun』をリリース。2021年11月には2nd EP『Banksia』をリリースし、2023年にはFUJI ROCK FESTIVALのROOKIE A GO-GOへ出演。
2024年には台湾の大型フェス『浮現祭 Emerge Fest 2024』にも出演し、アジア圏にも活躍の幅を広げた。
そして2025年12月17日、1stアルバムにしてラストアルバムとなる『Mirage』をリリースし、バンド活動を終了する。
『Mirage』に寄せて
Daisy Jaineの1stアルバム『Mirage』は、バンドのこれまでの軌跡を集約した全10曲で構成されている。
アルバムタイトル『Mirage』は”幻影”を意味し、理想と現実のギャップから生まれる不安や葛藤をテーマとしており、不完全な自分を認めることで乗り越えようとしたフロントマンRioの経験が反映された作品だ。
既発曲である「Into the Light」「Desert Meets Forest」「Tropical Island」「Under the Sun」「Banksia」「Mirage」はすべてリアレンジ、リミックス、リマスターを施し、新たな命を吹き込んだ。
アルバムからのシングル曲である、新曲「Phantom Pain」は、実体がないにもかかわらず感じる痛み、心の痛みをテーマにしており、自分を愛することの大切さを歌っている。
また、「Twilight Serenade」「Black Camel」「Pyramid of the Sun」といった新曲も収録され、Daisy Jaineの音楽的探求の集大成となった。
全曲のミキシングおよびマスタリングは、Suchmos、ドレスコーズ、THE YELLOW MONKEYなどを手掛けてきたエンジニア藤井亮佑が担当。
本作をもって、Daisy Jaineはバンド活動を終了する。

🌐 A three-piece mirrorball pop band, Daisy Jaine, relocated from Kansai to Tokyo and has been pursuing new musical horizons.
They will release their 1st and final album 『Mirage』on Wednesday, December 17, 2025✨️
Having performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’23’s ROOKIE A GO-GO and Taiwan’s major festival 『Emerge Fest 2024』, this band has been active both domestically and internationally. This final work captures frontman Rio’s journey of overcoming the constraints of perfectionism and accepting his imperfect self.
All previously released tracks have been rearranged, remixed, and remastered, comprising a total of 10 songs.
Engineer Ryosuke Fujii, who has worked with Suchmos, The Dresscodes, THE YELLOW MONKEY, and others, handled the mixing and mastering.
Incidentally, Daisy Jaine’s vocalist Rio Miyamoto also worked with us at BELONG Media and A-indie for a time as a translation staff member, primarily translating lyrics✨️
Unfortunately, the band has announced they will end their activities with this release, but all three members will continue their music careers, so please look forward to their future endeavors! (yabori)

About Daisy Jaine
A psychedelic rock band formed in Hyogo Prefecture in 2017. A three-piece mirrorball pop band consisting of Rio (Vo., Gt.), Masara (Ba.), and Juon (Dr.).
Rio, who spent ages 18 to 23 in Boston, USA, was exposed to local music, art, and culture, which evolved into a grand sound and poetic English lyrics that transcend typical Japanese sensibilities.
They coexist evergreen melodies reminiscent of 1960s psychedelic music with tribal rhythms, pursuing music that transcends era and genre to be passed on to the future.
Released their 1st EP 『Under the Sun』in October 2017. Released their 2nd EP 『Banksia』in November 2021, and performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’s ROOKIE A GO-GO in 2023.
In 2024, they also performed at Taiwan’s major festival 『Emerge Fest 2024』, expanding their reach across Asia.
On December 17, 2025, they will release 『Mirage』, their 1st and final album, and end their band activities.
About 『Mirage』
Daisy Jaine’s 1st album 『Mirage』comprises 10 tracks that encapsulate the band’s journey thus far.
The album title 『Mirage』means “illusion,” themed around the anxiety and conflict born from the gap between ideals and reality, reflecting frontman Rio’s experience of trying to overcome this by accepting his imperfect self.
Previously released tracks “Into the Light,” “Desert Meets Forest,” “Tropical Island,” “Under the Sun,” “Banksia,” and “Mirage” have all been rearranged, remixed, and remastered, breathing new life into them.
The album’s single, the new track “Phantom Pain,” is themed around pain felt despite having no physical form—emotional pain—and sings about the importance of loving oneself.
New tracks such as “Twilight Serenade,” “Black Camel,” and “Pyramid of the Sun” are also included, making this the culmination of Daisy Jaine’s musical exploration.
All mixing and mastering was handled by engineer Ryosuke Fujii, who has worked with Suchmos, The Dresscodes, THE YELLOW MONKEY, and others.
With this release, Daisy Jaine will end their band activities.
